Procrastination Buster is a specialist BWRT® course designed to help practitioners work more effectively with clients who struggle with entrenched procrastination, avoidance, hesitation and indecision.

Rather than treating procrastination as laziness or poor motivation, this course explores it as a complex psychological response linked to anxiety, fear of criticism, responsibility concerns, self-worth, resistance, compliance and the need to avoid perceived failure. Practitioners will learn how to identify different modes of procrastination, including general, causative and situational presentations, and how to determine when this structured intervention is appropriate.

The course introduces practical BWRT® assessment tools, client statement forms and therapeutic preparation methods designed to reduce avoidance and prevent the client from becoming stuck in the very procrastination pattern they are seeking to resolve. Participants will also explore how to work with underlying drivers, client personality patterns, therapy resistance and associated self-worth issues.

Delivered over three live online lessons, this training provides a clear framework for helping clients move from hesitation and avoidance towards decision, action and completion. It is suitable for South African BWRT® practitioners and practitioners trained by BWRT® South Africa only.

Course accreditation has been applied for: 5 General CEUs + 1 Ethics CEU.
