Ms Mariam Parker

I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Community Counselling at Stellenbosch University. Thereafter, I interned at a Military hospital in Cape Town, where I was exposed to a range of therapeutic and assessment work. I finished my community service at correctional services in Durban. This challenging environment exposed me to much short-term therapeutic work with individuals and groups. I also conducted various psycho-legal assessments during my tenure there. I currently work within various inpatient (both medical and psychiatric) settings in and around Cape Town, in addition to running my private practice.
